These Trussing Needles are made of high quality Stainless Steel. The points and edges are sharp and let the needle easily penetrate the meat with a simple push. The eye is large enough to easily thread all cooking twines. A very useful needle used to tie pork, beef, lamb, turkey, chicken, etc. in preparation for cooking and rotisserie spit grilling.
