Choose between various different sizes of whisker-free hog casing. All natural casing can be stored in the fridge up to 3 months and in the freezer for up to 12 months.

29-32mm (~1 1/8") Tubed* Casing - Produces about 90-100 lbs of meat

Recommended for: Dinner sausage, Hardier breakfast sausage, Hot Italian sausage.

32-35mm (~1 1/4") Tubed* Casing - Produces about 110 lbs of meat

Recommended for: Large beer sausage, Ham & Garlic, Polish, and Hungarian sausage, Smokies

35-38mm (~1 3/8") Casing - Produces about 115-120 lbs of meat

Recommended for: Garlic Sausage or Rings of Garlic Sausage, Deli Pepperoni

40-42mm (~1 5/8") Casing - Produces about 125 lbs of meat

Recommended for: Deli meats, Deli Pepperoni, anything that you need a large sausage for or smoking sausage.

*What's the difference between salted and tubed sausage casings? Tubed casings are pre-salted casings spun on plastic tubes for easier application onto the stuffing nozzle. Casings on tubes don't need as much rinsing or sorting before use, saving a considerable amount of time.
