Back after a 4 year Hiatus! We are once again offering our sausage making classes. Taught in our brand new classroom space by one of our experienced sausage making staff members, you will get HANDS ON experience in this newly revamped class AND you get to take home all the delicious sausage you make that day too.
This 2-3 hour, group friendly class is designed around your personal table reservation of 2-4 people working together to prepare a 5.5lb batch of fresh sausage while your instructor live demos and walks you through the process, step by step.
Supplies included in the class:
- 5.5lb ground meat (pork or beef)
- Casing (Natural Hog or Beef Collagen)
- Your choice of Fresh Sausage spice kit
- Hand outs and teaching literature for you to take home
- Packaging supplies for you to wrap up your sausages

This class is designed to also be Halal and Gluten friendly. Be sure to select the correct options at checkout if you have dietary restrictions.
Classes are held at Butchers & Packers Supplies, 12225 Fort Rd, Edmonton 1-2 Saturdays a month from 9:30am to approximately 12:30 pm.
Cancellation Policy for Sausage Making Classes
Our Sausage Making Classes are non-refundable. A great deal of time and preparation goes into our classes and to create the best experience for our participants. We prepare and order all of our supplies and materials ahead of time.
Classes are fully transferable at no extra cost, and we are happy to accommodate a friend or family member to come in your place. Please contact us to make these arrangements.
If a class is cancelled due to low registration or restrictions a full refund will be provided.
This policy makes it possible for us to host fun and engaging classes and bring in quality supplies and guest instructors.
