These are the standard set of guides included with the Benchstone Knife Sharpener and can be used with the Whetstone Knife Sharpener. Angle Guides create precision and consistency to maintain an edge making sharpening faster and easier.
The 20° and 25° angles are ideal for kitchen knives, pocket knives and fixed blades that are used on tough materials and heavy use.
The 15° and 17° angles are ideal for Japanese knives and filleting knives.
