Choose between two different sizes of whisker-free lamb casing. All natural casing can be stored in the fridge up to 3 months and in the freezer for up to 12 months.
20-22 mm (~3/4") Tubed Casing - Produces about 45-55 lbs of meat
Recommended for: Snack Pepperoni, Breakfast Sausage.
24-26 mm (~1") Tubed Casing - Produces about 50-60 lbs of meat
Recommended for: Breakfast Sausage, Small Dinner Sausage, Hot Dogs, or Sausage Rolls.
