Choose between high temperature cheddar (diced or shredded) or mozzarella (diced) cheese.
One bag (2.27kg) is good for approx. 60lbs of sausage. One case (2.27kg x 2) is good for Approx. 120lbs of sausage.
Case option to mix & match (ie. one bag of cheddar & one bag of mozzarella)
NOTE: this is a fresh frozen product and is not returnable. When placing your order for shipping, keep in mind that it is not shipped refrigerated.
