FREE - Sausage Making Class
This class is taught by our very own staff who has been teaching the class since we started in 2001. We can answer all your questions about fresh sausage and just about anything else to do with smoking, cooking and curing your meat. This class is great for someone just starting to learn about sausage making.
**Classes are held from 9am-Noon and are free when you bring in any non-perishable food donation for the Edmonton Food Bank. **
If you are registering multiple people (Max. 4) we need the following information:
- Date you would like to attend,
- Names, Phone Numbers and Emails of all those you are registering.
