Shipping Rates and Times

Shipping rates vary depending on region and are calculated when your shipping information is entered during the checkout process. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from the time of the order is placed. Please note that transit times for the delivery method you select do not include order processing time.

Inventory Level, Back Orders, and Pre-order Items

Inventory Levels: Our website offers sizes, styles, and designs based on inventory available in all our warehouses combined. Therefore, there is the possibility that an item you purchase may not be available to ship to you. You will be contacted in 1-2 business days if you need to make a substitution on an unavailable item.

Backorders: Most items available for purchase online will be in stock, however, due to fluctuations in Internet sales, and variations in our various warehouse inventories certain items may not be available. If your order contains an item that is on backorder, your order will not ship until the item is in stock. The amount of time for out of stock products to be replenished at our warehouses ranges from 1-2 weeks, but it may take longer depending on manufacturing schedules. Please contact us PRIOR to placing your order if you would like to know if the items you would like to buy are in stock. You will be charged for your ENTIRE order at the time of purchase.

Pre-order items: Product listed as a pre-order item online are not currently in stock. However, you will be charged for pre-order items at the time of checkout. If you place an order for multiple items that includes one or more pre-order items, the entire order will be held until it can be shipped complete.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

We are pleased to offer our flexible return policy that assures your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any product that we shipped it can be easily returned for exchange or refund.

In order to guarantee a quick return we require you to call or email us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Ph: 1-800-780-0277

All returned items must be shipped pre-paid within 30 days of purchase with a copy of the original sales receipt and your RMA number.

If the return is caused by an error we have made we will reimburse the shipping costs to return the product. In this case please include a copy of the shipping receipt in order to be reimbursed for the shipping. In any case please call us for an RMA number.

 

We do not accept returns shipped COD! They will be shipped back to you.

 

*Please note that items such as Books and Food Items are non-returnable and All sales are final for products that can be duplicated or offer food safety concerns. This includes but is not limited too; Casings, Spices, Equipment, and Parts for Equipment.

Duties and Taxes

Canadian Orders - orders shipping to a Canadian address will ship from our Canadian warehouse and are subject to GST (as well as PST for B.C. residents).

U.S Orders - orders shipping to a U.S address are subject to applicable state taxes.
